Installation at May meeting held at The Masonic Hall, Emery Lane, Chippenham, Wiltshire.

History of the Wiltshire Summer Lodge No 9548

The Wiltshire Summer Lodge was started with the idea of attracting the occasional visitors who would be in Wiltshire for summer holidays. This has been successful in that visitors have arrived from the United States, New Zealand, France, Gibraltar and Scotland. Although young the Lodge prospers with plenty of local support. The list of joining members is very indicative of this and the support for charities has been excellent. The Lodge meets, by dispensation, in various towns in the Province of Wiltshire and occasionally in other Provinces.
