Everyone feels low at some point in their lives and for those struggling to cope it may be difficult to see beyond their current situation.

That's why we provide access to our Counselling Careline, a completely free and confidential service operated by experienced counsellors who will listen and offer professional guidance.

While most of us would not hesitate to ask for advice about our physical health, we are often reluctant to seek help for our emotional wellbeing to overcome feelings or situations such as:

  • uncertainty, growing worry or low moods
  • workplace pressures, stress or panic
  • bereavement, divorce, bankruptcy or retirement
  • illness or family ill-health

With an average wait of over 65 days for NHS counselling services, don't delay seeking support from the professionals waiting to help.

For instant access to our Counselling Careline, simply call  020 7404 1550 and ask to speak with the grants team who will transfer you to the Careline. There are no application forms to complete and no financial assessment is required.
